Aqua is the most iconic and longest free-flow brunch in town.

Enjoy unlimited Italian and Japanese starters including sushi, sashimi, maki, oysters and so much more. Select your main course and end with aqua’s dessert platter. Choose Early Brunch from 11am – 1pm priced at HK$688, or Non-Stop Brunch from 1pm – 4:30pm for HK$788 per person. Add on 3.5 hours of free-flow – the longest in town – with champagne, sake, wine, cocktails and beer.

After brunch, every Saturday, head to the aqua outdoor terrace for The Ritual to party with drinks and pumping DJ beats from 4pm till late on the best rooftop in Hong Kong. On Sundays, look out for special live music performances.
